Changing your forum name!

Same issue here – username is just a label, no edit button I can see?

I’ve asked someone to look into it.

Rob

Thanks Rob, I’ll keep an eye out for the reply.

For those not receiving verification emails, can you double-check  your spam folder?

I checked the spam folder, no verification email anywhere.

I have also checked all folders, multiple times and have not seen the verification email.

There is no edit button to change username, I can only change email or password.

Should the verification email come after registration, or it’s just for name changing?

You should get a verification message after registration.

Having the same issue!

I can’t edit my username from the account page, I can only edit the E-mail address. Also tried re-sending the verification E-mail several times but it doesn’t work, I also checked the spam folder.

What would you like it changed to?

username: Abdo23

It’s better if you could fix the problem itself.

Name changed. I’ll see what I can find out about why…

Can I please have my name changed to “glass123”? Thanks.

You should be able to change it on your own, but I went ahead and did it for you.

Rob

Is it just me or does it only allow to change password/email? Btw. In my name change history I can see it has updated to the new name, but I cant see this new name really being used on by my profile - I can’t see it changed (?)

Try going to:  https://portal.coronalabs.com/

Hover over your name in the top right corner and click on “Account Settings” and then change 'Username" to what you want and save that form.

Rob

I have asked this question last year, and nobody tried to help me.

There is no option to edit username, I can only edit email address and password.

Username is read-only.

I’m not sure how you are getting there but first, go to https://portal.coronalabs.com

Next hover over your name in the top right corner:

and click on the “Account Settings” link.  This will take you to a page that looks like this:

You can edit the Username field there.
