Chartboost ad only shows in corona simulator. not on testing devices of the iPad

i have concerns for ChartBoost i made a list, i will be very detail and short.
1) (ChartBoost) FullScreen Ads show in Corona simulator, But not on iPad When using a “Dev Cert” for Testing.
My Thoughts
A) I was thinking once i have use “Distribution Cert.” and goes live on the App Store, ChartBoost Full Screen Ads should work just like it does in Corona Simulator
B) or Am i Wrong i have programming issue.
Notice Section
x1) i notice on the Chartboost account it has traffic from me, and i click on (1) ad to see if monetization is working. i am getting no impressions or cpc.
My Thoughts
Y) Chartboost knows that you are testing thats why no impressions or cpm is made, is waiting for “Distribution Cert.” and go live on app store, for impressions or cpc to be active for monetization.
Z) or Am i Wrong i have programming issue.
