we found that some times “cross install” shows whenever we want to show chartboost ads,
is this related to the Chartboost plugin that corona have that should be bought event we are using corona enterprise?
and we are currently using xcode plugin to showing chartboost plugin, and not corona plugin.

Also, I’m not sure what you mean by you are using the Xcode plugin as there is no free Chartboost plugin available.
The Chartboost plugin is a paid plugin, and must be bought even if you are an Enterprise user.
After buying the Chartboost plugin you can request to get the Enterprise Chartboost binaries by submitting a support ticket.

we are using SDK that we downloaded from https://answers.chartboost.com/hc/en-us/articles/201220095
and not using plugin that corona provided from https://marketplace.coronalabs.com/plugin/chartboost
and as described here in chartboost official web page https://answers.chartboost.com/hc/en-us/articles/201121859-How-much-does-Chartboost-cost- it’s totaly free when we use Chartboost SDK
and we have use Chartboost SDK from long time ago with Corona Enterprise Licence which able to bridge Lua/C.
so the question is why we still seeing some ads from “cross install”(https://web.crossinstall.com) although we havent use Chartboost plugin which corona provided (https://marketplace.coronalabs.com/plugin/chartboost),
or i should ask chartboost?
