chartboost error 404

I receive error during showing Interstitial

Error : receive a 404 response from chatboost server…

what is that mean?

I’ve got the same error, even using the last sample app from the official repo:
https://github.com/ChartBoost/corona-sdk

If you use the default appId and appSignature it works, so it seems to be a Chartboost account error.
I started different campaigns but nothing happens.

Any news?

I already sent some questions in chartboost support. hope to have some luck :smiley:

You missed the following steps

Login Chartboost

  1. click App>Overview

  2. Click app name

  3. Click More Apps Page

  4. Enter your app name to the Add all apps field on the right side(Field within the iPhone image)

  5. Click SAVE

Thanks for opening that support ticket with us! I know one of my other colleagues on the support team has been working with you and it sounds like everything is working fine now. My understanding is just that at the specific time you were testing there were really no ads to show in your geographical market.
