I have a unique problem and I’m not well-versed with the Corona SDK yet.
I need to know if this is possible.
I want to display an image (A) behind image (B). Image B has a transparent section to see through it (like a decoder ring).
The problem I face is that I need several of these images close together. The images behind (A in this case) may overlap and interfere with each other.
I’m curious if display groups would overcome this problem, like a UIView that holds sub-views, and the display of components inside are restricted to their bounds.
It would be helpful if some of you guys would experience could tell me if this will work, or point me in the right direction in order to get it to work correctly.
