Come On Corona. How About Responding To Posts.

Ok. I am about out of the one month demo of the enterprise version and thinking about spending the $1000.00 to make the move.
BUT … You would think that in 24 hrs of a post at this level of potential investment that someone from Corona would respond to questions in a timely manner.

All it says is that you really don’t care, when 24 + hrs has passed and no response.
And I guess a thousand dollars a year doesn’t mean anything to Corona based on this.

Hello @hitechartist.  The people who can answer your question have been busy getting the new Public Release out today and we’ve been fighting server problems this afternoon.  

Let me see if I can get someone who can answer your question to get to it. 

Alex - feedback (criticism even) is fine, but please refrain from insulting people on the forum/blog/site in general, including our staff. You have now down this several times and I will have no problem banning you.

As for increasing the price of Enterprise, I’m all for it. Feel free to email me with suggested amounts.

Wow… that was tense.

As to the increase in price for enterprise , i hope you were being sarcastic.

If not then I’m definitely not buying in.

As to constructive criticism, I hope you guys would consider and an actual mini-course on the plugins.

Its probably just me, but I am having a hard time getting the plugin concept even after really looking at the examples.

Maybe walking through the sample code with explanation. 

Just a thought as that kind of thing really makes it much easier and with the bigger bucks involved I guess I was expecting more help as it appears their are significantly less people on enterprise, so therefore less help from outside of you guys at the top.

And I know with all that’s going on your really busy, but maybe more people might buy in at this level if their were more instruction.

I know that some others seem to have figured it out, but I really need more help and expect it at this level. (Sorry for repeating that…)

You are right - we could use a better set of tutorials/walk-throughs on plugins. It’s in the plan, but we have not had the bandwidth to do so. But I will make it a priority in the next few weeks. In the meantime, I’ll have someone post some pointers in the other thread…
