Are there any updates on the Composer WYSIWYG editor? I was introduced quite a while back… and then seemingly forgotten. I was really looking forward to seeing this come about.
Is it still in development? Will we see any significant updates about it soon?

Yes, the Composer GUI is still under active development. Currently it’s available for OS X only. Are you on a Mac such that you could test it out and begin learning it?

I use a mac for development, and played around with it for a while when it was first announced (Holy crap I just realized it’s been a year since then!). Glad to hear its still in development!
Is there a beta I could join? On the tutorial page it shows that it hasn’t been updated since a daily build last year. I’d love to play with it more…
As far as I know you should be able to access it now. Window->Corona Composer
Hi Rob, sorry I thought Brent was implying there was a separate beta or something.
Since there hasn’t been any blog posts regarding the Composer GUI for a year now. I guess I assumed that there would be a blog post every couple of months detailing updates for it, so I thought maybe it got side-lined or something. And I just found the forums for it, which has the posts about updates I expected on the blog. I didn’t know there was a forum for it, though granted I didn’t look very hard, at the VERY bottom of the forums, lol.
I’ll be diving in tomorrow!
