At this time, such a thing would be possible using Corona Enterprise. However, we are gradually rolling out a 3rd-partly plugin system (some details below) which would allow other plugins to the core Corona engine. The groundwork is in place but the details (for end users) aren’t yet finalized; however, it’s a major priority for Corona Labs in early 2013 and we believe it will make the SDK as a whole more dynamic and flexible.
