What is the best text-to-speech library compatible with solar2d ?
I don’t know if there’s any documentation about it,
and I don’t know if @StarCrunch 's plugin can handle it, but SoLoud should be a good choice!

It does have two speech modules, although they sound very “robotic”, which might not be what you want. 
The library author was only willing to add code when it had a very permissive license, so might have excluded nicer-sounding options.
