I found sounds of other beautiful apps. these sounds last for 1 to 5 seconds maximum.
Can I take sounds here and use them in my app? is legal? They are simple sounds like explosions or the like, but they’ll make me sleep a long time.

You’ll need to source your own sounds.
Here are a few sources of public domain sounds:
