corona 64 bit build with 3498

Hello,

I have downloaded Corona 64 bit daily build 2019.3498 and trying to take a build.

1: I have just changed the build.settings and remove the splashscreen plugin
2: I have added the AndroidResources folder parallel to main.lua

I am trying to take build now and everytime i take build it fails after 1 second with message “System cannot find the path specified.”

I thought its may be jdk issue so i installed both 32 and 64 bit java and already set it path in environment variables.

Still its unusually terminating, I know there must be something that i am missing, please help me with this issue. I am unable to take the build as of now.

What is your OS? We have some build issues on Windows with non-ASCII names in path. This includes if you have user name with some non-ascii symbols in it. Also, pinned thread has instructions on how to diagnose build issues.

I am using Windows 10 and target is Google play.

User name is not consisting of any nonAscii, Its very basic and simple. Sahil-PC

Thank you for the link. I am checking those now.

This seems to be right thread.

Try replacing android-template.zip with this file:

File can be found in “C:\Program Files (x86)\Corona Labs\Corona\Native\Corona\android\resources”

ok Vlads, thank you so much. The build is successful but build time just got increased from 1 mins for 32 bit to around 12 min for 64 bit for me. It might be different from network to network.

I am now going to test this and raise other questions in separate threads for plugins now.

It just a first time. Try again, should be much faster.
