In buildSettingsToPlist there were changes that now cause the script to fail because my product name has a space in it – (My App vs. MyApp) This was working in previous builds like 2353.
Should I just post this as a bug?

Looks like some bug, but personally I don’t use build.settings for my Enterprise projects (other than a very basic one that only includes an orientation setting so that I can test-run in the Corona Simulator).
Since I’m using Xcode anyway, I prefer to manage the settings myself within Xcode. I don’t want Corona to mess around with my project settings. I’m using build 2363 without problem.
ingemar – I think you’re probably right. My build.settings is pretty minimal as well which is why I was surprised to see errors after updating to a more recent build. For now just keeping the space out of my app’s product name is a workaround.
I went ahead and filed a bug: Case 34042
