corona ERROR ITMS-9000: "This bundle is invalid.

Just been getting these errors from a few latest builds

"ERROR ITMS-9000: “This bundle is invalid. …Do not submit apps using beta software”

with build 2303

I backdated to 2300 and still had the same problem. Have Mavericks, latest updates etc .

So I backdated to last working version I used to add an app which was 2256 and it works fine. I made sure I selected IOS 7 in drop down. There are no drop downs on the newest versions I have tried.

**** UPDATE **** Build 2014.2306 fixed this problem for me

I’ve been getting the same error when submitting any App to the App Store!

Someone has reported this error in the Apple Forums as well: https://devforums.apple.com/message/966083#966083

Is this a Corona issue or an Apple issue?

ERROR ITMS-9000:“This bundle is invalid. New apps and app updates submitted to the App Store must be built with public (GM) versions of Xcode 5.11 or higher and IOS 7 SDK. Do not submit apps build with beta software.” at SoftwareAssets/SoftwareAsset (MZItmspSoftwareAssetPackage)

Build 2300 worked fine last night, this issue only started this afternoon with the same build. Thu May 15 6:00pm PST.

and tried build 2303, getting the exact same error.

The version of XCODE on my machine is 5.1.1 (5B1008) and my MAC is OS X 10.9.3

I’m looking into this.

Rob

i got the same error too.

Does this error happen when doing a Corona build or when you try to upload the app to iTunes Connect?

upload, it’s a error from Application Loader.

We are creating a new build now using Xcode 5.1.1. It should be done in an hour so it would be good if someone could help us check it out. It will be build 2304 or higher.

Thanks,

Tom

Sorry, make that build 2305 or higher for the Xcode 5.1.1 change.

Same error when using Application Loader.

I have the latest version of Xcode.

The problem is not the version of Xcode you’re running on your computer but the version that was used to build the Corona templates. Since build 2189, we’ve been using Xcode 5.1 so I think the error is coming because of that. We upgraded to Xcode 5.1.1 this morning and now creating a new build to see if that solves the problem.

Thanks, Tom. I’ll check with the new build when it is released.

Build 2305 is available on the Daily Builds page. This is built with Xcode 5.1.1 and should fix the issue.

Hello Tom,

just wondering when the build 2305 will be available, still the 2304 available.

Thanks,

J.

There was build problem but build 2306 is now available (it really is) from Daily Builds.

Yes, it really is there

The problem is now fixed, I just uploaded my build to the App Store

Thank you, Tom!

@Pers,

Great. Thanks for checking it out and verifying this.

tom

This bug still exists in 2014.2275.

@pickerel, we do not go back and patch old builds.  If you need this functionality, please upgrade to 2014.2306 or later.

Rob

I cannot update to 2306, there’s a physic problem I don’t know how to fix, I think it’s a bug of corona sdk.

I post the problem here: http://forums.coronalabs.com/topic/47936-physic-problem/

Just had the same problem here with build 2301.

It would be nice to have these kind of critical updates listed on the Daily Build Release notes.

The 2306 simply does not have anything described in its “Release notes”.

I check daily builds every day and try to avoid updating Corona when I have a project close to finish (specially after the QA)  to avoid adding any new unexpected bugs.

If it was stated on the 2306 Release Notes something like “Fixed bug that prevented developers from publishing new apps to App Store” I would have updated my Corona 2 weeks ago and not now when I am with the app finished and trying to upload it to the store.
