Corona no longer free?

I downloaded Corona a while ago when you guys offered a free version and still have it but i see you offer a basic plan now. Does basic replace the free version?

Reason im asking is cause in the list of features for Basic plan it says “Build for iOS, Android, Kindle, NOOK”

Does the free version not do this anymore?

There is a Starter plan that is still Free.  Basic adds in In App Purchase support.
