It is actually still part of the SDK download.
You will find it in the tools directory of the SDK download. The tool is called Kwik.

I was hoping to find the original one as I only need it for placement. I’ve heard of Kwik, but it’s not free and is much more than I need. I’ll probably try downloading an older version of Corona SDK and see if I can find it.
