Any idea why the price is going to almost double for the pro version of Corona? This may be a deal breaker for me.
I not sure I understand your question 100%.
If you are a Corona SDK Pro subscriber you can sign up to any Corona Cloud tier you like.
Thanks

@jadkins4, since it appears that you’re already a pro user, the Pro subscription price will remain the same for the next two years. If you aren’t Pro user prior to May 1st, then the price will go up as of May 1st. (I’m assuming you are talking about the Pro subscription price change that’s coming up.)

Thanks. That’s good news.

How is this “good news”. The price increase being almost double is just a joke and I think it’s pure greed. What justifies this level of price rise?
The good news was that an already overpriced pro version is not going to double by current pro users for two years. Another of my posts also talks about a greedy company, and some complaints about lack of debugging capability and difficulty doing otherwise simple things in other languages. I’ve given it a lot of thought and probably won’t be renewing my pro subscription anyway.
