Corona SDK Trial

I am using the “Free Starter” version of Corona that states you can build for iOS and Android for free (some conditions apply, as always).

When I ported a test app over to my iPad I got the attached “Popup” showing up when the app first launches.

It states “This message only appears in the trail version”

Am I doing something wrong?

Will this message only show up when I am testing, but not be there once I build and deploy to the App Store?

I can not image if this popup stays, Apple will approve the app.

Thanks

What version of Corona are you using?  I don’t think you should be getting that popup.  Are  you logged in to the simulator?

I will have to check what build I am on and then get back to you.

The screenshot is actually from my iPad.

The popup only shows up after I have ported it over to the actual device.

It is not showing up on the simulator.

Thanks, Patrick

I would also suggest that from the simulator’s menu that you go into Preferences and do a “Deauthorize and Logout” and try logging in again.  What you are seeing should have gone away several public builds ago.  We’ve been allowing Starter’s to build for devices since like February or March without that screen.

Thanks for your help.

In the end it was user error.

I had a “really old” build on one computer that I had forgot to update.

Once I updated to the latest build, the popup is now gone.

Thanks
