Corona Simulator cant find a module plugin.openssl

Hello everyone, there is the problem on FRESH Win11 when running the Corona Simulator.

Win10 ok.

(Build is ok, no problem both win11 & win10).

Folder C:\Users\markitandl\AppData\Roaming\Corona Labs\Corona Simulator\Plugins contains this plugin.

Why it happens and what can i do to resolve it?

Please let me know if anyone knows.
