I got a response from technical support. They told me that, in my case, I could ignore the warning and that my subscription would not run out until December. I’ll let you know how things go in a few days.
When I click on Verify Purchase, the warning goes away. But when I close the simulator and then re-open it, the warning comes back. FYI.
michael714 - I just checked and your expiration date on Dec 3 is consistent with what it should be (original exp on Oct 3, but added 2 months because of the recent promotion). So that seems to be fine.
But in terms of the “warning” you mention yesterday - what is the exact wording?
David, Thanks for the reply. The warning comes up when I open the Corona Simulator. Here’s what it looks like:

michael - and you are still seeing that “7 day” message even today??
That’s pretty odd.
And you have already de-authorized and logged back in?
Today it says “1 day”. I took that screen capture a few days ago. Sorry about the confusion and thanks for your support.
Michael - no problem at all. Ok - so I do know one thing right now: your sub is not going to expire. You have Pro until December.
Now, when it “expires” tomorrow, just de-auth and re-authorize and let us know if you still see an issue. That ok?
Sorry about the inconvenience.
@Michael, we looked in the database and found the problem with your account. It should be fixed now.
Tom
Thanks Tom. You guys are great. I love Corona Labs!
@Tom -
We are running into the same issue right now. According to the website, our subscription isn’t expire until July, but I am getting the similar error message that my subscription is expiring in 9 days.
Also, I tried to renew online. According to this: http://coronalabs.com/blog/2013/04/04/state-of-corona-new-public-release-free-re-imagining-pro/?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=041113 we should be able to renew at $349 rate, but all I can see is the new $500 rate, can you help?
Thx!
akao - I’ll let Tom address the expiration question.
For the renewal, send an email to renewals@coronalabs.com (include the email you use for your Corona account) and we’ll send you a code to use at checkout.
@akao, go ahead and deauthorize and sign in again in Corona SDK. That should update your ticket and subscription status.
Tom
@Tom - I tried deauthing my machine (which seemed to be successful), but when I relaunch Corona, it is still giving me the same error message. When I top on “verify Renewal”, it gives me an error. And when I go to Corona -> Preferences I still see that Corona is tied to me. It’s as though the deauth didn’t work.
I am have a Mac Mini OSX 10.7.4, and a Mac Air 10.7.5. Both running build #1094
Thx. BTW, we even renewed a few days ago, so we have plenty of subscription left.

I have bumped this request with sales, and you should be receiving a response soon.
UPDATE: If you e-mailed “renewals@…”, the request has been received. It may just take 24 hours to be processed. Thanks for your patience.
