I am getting the subject message, but my account says that my current subscription does not expire until December. Last year, I did subscribe in phases, first Indie Android in April, then Pro in December. So, I suspect that’s why I’m getting the message. But, my account does say:
Expiring roles Corona Game Edition This role will expire on 3 Dec 2013 - 18:27 So, I’m wondering whether the Corona Subscription Expiring Soon message is correct. After reading about how you are upgrading current Indie subscriptions to Pro, I just assumed that my December upgrade was being upgraded too. Please let me know if there is anything I need to do.
also getting this when I updated to latest daily build. But my subscription dosent expire until june. And if I have understood it correctly I dont have to renew until then to take advantage of the offer of paying less the next two years?
I got a response from technical support. They told me that, in my case, I could ignore the warning and that my subscription would not run out until December. I’ll let you know how things go in a few days.
michael714 - I just checked and your expiration date on Dec 3 is consistent with what it should be (original exp on Oct 3, but added 2 months because of the recent promotion). So that seems to be fine.
But in terms of the “warning” you mention yesterday - what is the exact wording?
