Just started up with Corona and are trying different things with the very new realtime plugin of Gamesparks. Now I get this advert all the time about Corona being the only 2D dev platform with real-time device testing.
Just would like to point out that that is very much not the case. Been developing in Defold for many years which is a great 2D platform as well offering this feature flawlessly.
It’s a detail I know but feels weird to come to a new platform reading that.

As I know, Gideros Studio provides a real time simulator as well, though not as feature-rich as that by Corona SDK.
Since these Lua-based frameworks offer different APIs, switching from one framework to another means almost re-writing your
project from scratch. Before digging into one framework, browsing it’s API to make sure enough support for your project.
Take myself as an example, I am implementing a business-type app; Corona SDK provides more UI widgets than other Lua-based frameworks currently.
BTW, Defold website looks good; I might check the framework later.
