Hi all, I use corona viewer for my work and I am satisfied. However today a security message by dropbox appear when I start corona viewer with this message (screenshot attached). How resolve?
This normally happens when you try to use two Corona Viewer apps on one device. I encountered this once and contacted Dropbox about it, whose first tier support seemed completely in the dark about what I was trying to achieve. Then Corona updated Corona Viewer to allow for multiple projects, which solved my particular problem.
mmm…I have only one corona viewer on my device, I don’t understand. This problem freeze my work
Have you tried resetting your Corona Viewer project? I believe multiple taps on the hardware/software Back button brings up the menu to select the Reset option.
I have tried to reset and uninstall corona viewer, rebuilt it and reinstall, but nothing…
Any solution? I really need corona viewer.
Yes I tried
Have you looked in your device’s console log (adb logcat) to see what’s going on? Frequently the messages you want are there.

I solved the problem. I noticed that the error message appeared even without active connection, so I thought that the block could be caused by dropbox app rather than from dropbox server. I uninstalled all app updates, and disabled the same as not being able to uninstall the whole being protected by samsung. I uninstalled and reinstalled corona viewer, reactivated dropbox, updates, and the problem is gone, finally.
