Corona website search is puzzling

The search function on the Corona website is useless.

Trolling through massive search results that have no relevance to the criteria is not useful.

Why can’t you setup a simple function to query your database in a logical manner ? [import]uid: 31039 topic_id: 32154 reply_id: 332154[/import]

Hey frankxyz,

Check out this tutorial on the blog and see if it helps

I find the Tutorials category on the blog to be a good place look through
http://www.coronalabs.com/blog/topics/tutorials/ [import]uid: 107536 topic_id: 32154 reply_id: 128039[/import]

You should use google instead:

query database site:coronalabs.com

Joakim

[import]uid: 81188 topic_id: 32154 reply_id: 128052[/import]

The only positive thing I can say about the search on this site is that it used to be worse. That said, implementing a good search function on a complex web site is very hard. [import]uid: 61899 topic_id: 32154 reply_id: 128061[/import]
