CoronaAds remaining revenue

Hi guys,

I’ve been trying “contact us” form on monetize.coronalabs.com, but nobody replied.

We have some outstanding revenue made on Corona Ads, it kept working on our apps till the very end (March 27th 2017) as we missed the announcement about it’s replacement.

The thing is, current available revenue for withdrawal is not updated properly in the “Profile” as months go by.

Who can I get it touch with regarding final payment (should be possible around June 30th, based on 3-months delay)?

Hi Rob,

I sent a couple of emails through the website’s “contact us” form, and after your message I sent an email directly to the address you mentioned.

There is no reply yet, could you check what is going on?

I did a quick search based on your email address and didn’t find any open tickets. Did you get a response back from our ticketing system? It would have had a case ID number like 9213948 that I can use to look things up or did you use a different email address?

Sure, just sent another one, subject is “CoronaAds remaining revenue - email2”.

Did you get a reply with a confirmation? I don’t see it in our system.  Maybe try emailing me rob AT coronalabs DOT com and maybe I can get it into the system.

Nope, no reply confirmation.

I just sent another email to your address and copied support too, and this time I got the confirmation and ticket (9553617)!

For some reason there was no confirmation for my previous emails.
