Is there any chance to get CoronaCards running for apps, that can be submitted to Windows Store (not Windows Phone Store)?
It seems that you only need to compile CoronaCards extension with support for Win32 builds.
We do not support Universal builds at this time. Just Win32 executable and Windows 8/10 Phone.

I don’t know if it’s on the roadmap or not, but it’s not coming in the near future. Your best bet is to go to http://feedback.coronalabs.com and see if there is an entry for it and vote it up, if not start one and lets see if we can get some traction for it.
