Coronium Core - Multi-app Users and Metrics warning

Hi,

My goal with 2.1 is to support Users and Metrics for multiple apps, so that one can utilize a single Coronium Core instance for multiple applications. Most of the functionality is in place and this was to be rolled out fully in the 2.1.1 update.

I have found a slight unfortunate bug which will require a reset of any current statistics in a 2.1.0 install when the 2.1.1 update is released. My advise is to hold off on any production development regarding Users or Metrics until 2.1.1 is released.

If you are simply testing the functionality of 2.1.0 and don’t mind losing those metrics than you may continue to do so.

I duly apologize for the inconvenience, but wanted to post this information as quickly as possible.

Hi,

An update/release is now available to fix this issue: https://forums.coronalabs.com/topic/70971-coronium-core-version-211-critical-update/

I’ve got the user validation up and running.

One question.

How can I resend the validation?    If a user registers, then doesn’t click the link and deletes the email they appear to be stuck.

I tried creating the user again, but got the ‘user already exists’. I didn’t want to delete the account in case it’s someone claiming the account. I Just want to allow a resend of the validation email.

Can this be done?

Thanks.

Hi,

Not at the moment. I can work it into the next update.
