I intalled the SDK and can login to the web but cannot start the Cororna Simulator. It says “Could not verify account information” from the developer login. Does anyone know what’s wrong? Thanks

I got this error too. I kept trying and got through eventually.
However, I got this error again while trying to fix another problem (trial version message appearing in my iphone despite me being a paid subscriber). Someone suggested deleting the com.ansca* files in /user/library/preferences - this caused the Corona Simulator to prompt me to re-login… and now I’m getting this error again!

Managed to get through… simply by retrying and retrying.

I’m having the same problem right now. As trial user authorization was no problem but now that i have subscribed and DLed corona sdk 591, i keep getting the message of could not verify account information… no matter how many times i remove the preference files… Anscaa was very quick in replying to my issue previously and solved the problem however after i noticed my build still indicated the trial pop-up i deauthorized and when trying to re-authorize i got that horrible ‘could not verify account information’ message… Hope ansca can put up a sticky topic on this subject and how to rectify the issue as now seems like i’m not the only one. Okay! Daniel was correct, you just have to keep trying and trying (as in clicking until you get the congratulations message. However now it remains to be seen as to whether it will still show the ‘trial’ pop up on my build. [import]uid: 66228 topic_id: 7656 reply_id: 48935[/import]
