Crash often on IOS but never on android or Win32

Hello,

It’s made a few month ago I put on Apple Store and Play Store a game.

When we play on android there is no error. We can play hour with no bug, no lag… but on IOS the game crash very often and freeze quite often. It’s crash on every Iphone, IPad and on the two last IOS version.

For information the game is Stronghold

I have 5000 download on android and 500 on IOS.

Someone have the same problem?

It’s not crashing on my iPad. How long do I need to play it before it crashes?

In general it crash every 2minutes

I’ll give it another try, I played for at least 10 minutes and it never crashed.

That’s strange because I receive a lot of message of friends who said that crash very often. It’s perhaps because they have old iOS device.

One issue I have on iOS only (not on Android) is the changing of scene (composer). You need a small delay (~50ms) before a change of scene on iOS, or else it will crash on iOS.

I’ve tried a gain, playing for quite a while and I never crashed.

I have receive more information. The game crash only on accelerate mode. It’s very strange :frowning:

For information I have 8500 download on android and 700 on IOS. There is a problem but I can’t find where it come from. :frowning:

What do you mean by “accelerate mode”?

You can accelerate the game (you click on pause and on the “>>”) the game run 4 time faster. It work very well on android and windows(with more than 1000 characters) and it crash on ios with less than 40 characters on the map
