Crash on Rooted Devices

Hi.

i encountered that many app crashes happen on rooted devices.

Several User with cynoggenmode cant even open the app.

While it works fine on unrooted devices.

Is there any reason for that? Any Ideas?

I have a rooted Nexus 4 with a custom ROM as my daily driver and primary test device, and I haven’t experienced any unexpected crashes. Are you getting the logcat from the devices in question? That will point to why crashes occur.

As to why cyanogenmod can’t even open the app, that is a mystery. What is the exact behavior when they tap on your app?

Needless to day Corona Labs cannot support rooted devices.

Im just wondering what could be the Reason of that Crashes, and if I could eliminate I would do.

Myself also dont work with a Root Device, even its not illegal and the Root Community is HUGE. 
Im really wondering often how many ppl root their device or let it root.
