Create A Photo Album On Ios

Hi everyone,

 

is it possible to create a photo album on iOS?  I see a lot of camera/photo apps out there which creates a separate album for you for storage/editing and etc.  I’ve been wondering if Corona has the capability of doing so, besides saving images into sub-directories?

I’ve not seen any apps that are able to create albums inside the Apple official Photo app.  Every one has albums in their local storage and can save files to the camera roll.  That is perfectly doable in Corona.  Corona isn’t going to do much in the way of photo manipulation for you though.

Thanks Rob.  I’m not sure if the app I’ve seen have actually created a folder or album under the photo app, but I see that underneath Camera Roll, there is another folder/album with the app’s name on it.  Is that something Corona can do?  having images stores in photo albums, but not within the same folder as the camera roll.

We have an app that makes Memes. Right now all of the images are saved in the Camera Roll folder. Any plans on adding this feature?
