How can i create backgrounds for my game???

You can use any art software you like, as long as you export to a suitable file format (jpg, png etc).
And which program can i use to create display objects like balls and boxes ??
The same programs. If you want to create images (i.e. backgrounds, objects etc) then you need to use some kind of art or image software, such as the ones I’ve listed.
