Create new SMS message from the app on iPhone

Hello, we are using build 704 to create ipa for older iOS devices running iOS 3.x and 4.0, 4.1, 4.2
Can we create new SMS message from the app like new sms feature for Native Webpopup?

Is any way to pass both target number and sms body to the iOS’s SMS app?
