Has anyone created an app for a website, e.g. Yelp. I was thinking of making an app for a camp I work at but I’m not sure if there is an easy way to do it? I’m also worried about having to get all the assets from them, is there a way I can build an app without having to create a lot of artwork on my part? Any advice, examples, or tips would be great!

I built one for my son’s music blog. It basically took RSS feeds of content from the site. But in your case you probably need to talk to the camp first and get their blessing to make it. If you do, then they will probably arrange for you to get access to the required assets since they have the copyright on them. And when I say arrange, it could be anywhere from “Cool” to “you have license them for a fee”.
