Creating elastic

Hello everyone.

i need some thips to create a block with elastic, this is similar to a block that has two points, one on the left and one on the right a little away, and an elastic is makeing the connection of both points, is similar to the catapult angry birds but i need this on elastic block, need some tips to what i shoud use etc.
