Unfortunately this is not possible yet. Overall project management features such as this will be the main focus of 1.8-2.0 releases.

You can use html. Images however are not hosted on the forum so you will need some place to put them first. A very nice program we use is called xscreenshot. You can take screenshots and upload them to their own server for hosting for free. Then you use the html tag like this:
