Creating symbolic links to folders?

I just learned how to create symbolic links to my Library files with the ( ln -s/fileInputDir /fileOutputDir ) command in the terminal.

Obviously I know modules need to be in the root of the project and not in subfolders, as I have read that here in some post.

This seems very tedious to do every time I make a project, so is there a way to link to my entire Library Folder and then when I need a module I can just require it?

I’m using Coda at the moment and been using it for the past few weeks, is there a way automate this when I create a new project?

Have you checked out Corona Project Manager?

It has a cost attached to it, but setting up library files that are able to be required in is one of the features of CPM.

Using assets from folders other than your project folder is also a feature, as well as aliasing names of files, and turning on and off lua files and graphics… I could go on, but it is best if you take a look, and make your own decision.

Here is the sub forum her for CPM:
