current public build: audio randomly stops

Ever since I’ve updated to the latest public build (2015.2731), I find that my background audio tracks will randomly stop playing. I checked all the daily build notes to see if this was mentioned/fixed - but haven’t seen anything.

Am I alone in this??

My previous, 100% working, Corona SDK was: 2015.2545 (2015.1.24)

Unfortunately I can’t use that build any longer due to Xcode updates…

I don’t believe we changed anything related to audio between those builds. Where are you seeing this behavior? In the Simulator? On devices? If so, which version of the Sim, and/or which devices and which OS versions running on those devices?

The simulator is fine. I’m currently finding the problem on my iPhone 5s, running iOS 8.1.3

I’ll most likely be testing on an iPad 2 and Nvidia Shield (Android) tomorrow as well.

Sorry for the long delay - in the middle of beta testing with folks.

Well I added a short delay between playing the next audio track hoping that would fix it (saw another thread having a similar problem). I though it did, so I went ahead and launched the beta (which has been going great!)… but now I’m getting a few reports about audio randomly stopping.

And then it randomly stopped on me yesterday again! As I mentioned before, I strongly think this is related to updating my coronaSDK.

I’ll get more data soontm. So, there have been no other reports of this?
