Customer not receiving IAP product after purchase

Hi, I am a Corona Developer as well as Unity3D developer.

We implemented several games with these 2 game engines, but there is 1 problem where we are unable to solve for very long time.

Customer often send in email saying they did not receive their purchased item. 

It happens so randomly. The same customer might be able successfully to purchase the same item twice, but 3rd time, they failed. And the weirdest is, it happens to Android ONLY. So far no iOS user complaint about it.

I try to search online, and surprisingly, so little information I can find about this.

There is absolutely no problem with the item bundle key, as we already tested all the purchase items.

Do any other developer facing such problem?

I think we’ll definitely need more details on this: how you’re adding the Google IAP plugin, how you’re making the API calls, etc. Also, note that v3 of Google IAP changed some things in regards to how items are “consumed” and so forth, and you need to account for that. Perhaps you already know this, but please supply more details so staff and other developers may begin to assist you.
