Customer support help needed regarding authorization

I have two accounts, one indie and one free, which should allow me to install on three computers. I have two Macs and a PC.
I just deauthorized and uninstalled Corona on one of the Macs after noticing that its build was old. Now, I can’t authorize it.
So only, two computers are authorized so far.
My emails are:

iolo72 … at … hotmail … dot … com

i can only deauthorize your paid subscription at berrymobi - the other one you will need to manually deauthorize

quit corona
relaunch
enter credentials

if that fails goto /users/library/preferences and delete up to three files in there that start with com.anscamobile.

I have deauthorized and reauthorized the paid subscription successfully.
I will try deleting preferences, which I always forget to do.
