Customizing notifications

Is there a way to add to the notifications on Android a big picture that will show below the notification?

Also, can we add an images inline with the text in iOS?

Can this be done through the notifications plugin?

Or maybe through OneSignal?

I’m fairly sure it can be done through OneSignal, not sure about the notifications plugin though.  

I think OneSignal can only be used for push notifications though, not local notifications (but I could be wrong about that).
