Daily Build not taking effect?

I’ve lately noticed that after each update with the daily builds I don’t seem to see that they take effect. For example I just updated with 2015.2702 but as soon as I build an app I notice in the console the following:

Copyright © 2009-2015  C o r o n a   L a b s   I n c .

Version: 3.0.0

Build: 2015.2646

Shouldn’t it say Build: 2015.2702 or does it always show the last public build?

Just wondering if I should be concerned.

Thanks,

Guy

Mac or PC?

If it’s on a Mac I have an explanation…  Go to your /Applications folder.  You will see a folder/app for:

CoronaSDK

and you will see others that are CoronaSDK-nnnn where nnnn is the build number, like 2702.

CoronaSDK-2015.2702 or some such.

We did this because people wanted the daily builds to not overwrite their latest public build.  I personally keep the public build as CoronaSDK-public.  If you just want to run the daily build you can run it out of that folder or if you want to use the one in the Dock, rename your old one something else and rename the current one to just “CoronaSDK”.
