Daily Builds downloads pages not found

There seems to be a problem with the Daily Builds pages. If I try to download a daily build I get a page not found error.

It’s working for me now. Perhaps a temporary system glitch?

Also, the top bar (which includes the login link) is not appearing on any pages.

I have same problem. Also can’t build app due connection fail.
