de-authorising

I bought a new iMac to use instead of my macbook pro but nothing happened when I try to de-authorise the macbook so I can’t use corona with the new imac …

I tried filling out the form before posting here but the form asked for a mandatory build ver and I didn’t have it handy, corona wouldn’t let me install the software. That’s very unusual, normally support is fast to get these things resolved - you may have ended up in spam but I will ask someone to check on this first thing in the morning. (Currently it’s the middle of the night at Ansca HQ.)
