Deautharize Computers

Hey there at Coronalabs,

I have been using my account on 2 machines that crashed - so now I can’t deautharize them properly.

Is there any chance you could do this for me, just deautharize everything, so I can start installing on my new computer ?

You only had one authorization on the email address associated with this forum account.  It has been deauthorized.

Hey Rob,

I know it’s been ages since you’r reply - but I havn’t been around this again project before now.

When I try to sign in with my account details I  still get the “You’r aæready using this software on two other computers…”

Any idear of what I’m doing wrong ?

Interesting. This time it showed two authorizations for the same date. I’ve cleared them both. Try again.

Hey Rob,

I managed to get 1 computer online - however the second, my Macbook, is throwing this error in the consol now :

Invalid paramter not satisfying: aString != nil

And crashes afterwards.

Any idears ?

I will need more context on this.

What version of Corona are you using?

What version of OS-X?

When does the crash happen?

Does it happen running sample apps like HelloWorld?

Can you post the exact message appearing in the console/terminal window?  (please copy/paste, don’t hand type)

Thanks

Rob

Hey Rob,

The error occurs when I try to authorize Corona on the Mac.

This was solved by other users by upgrading to Yosemite 10.10.3 or later. Also you might want to grab a later daily build of Corona SDK as well.

Rob

Hey Rob,

I’v upgraded to OSX 10.10.5 and installed Corona 2015.2697 - and now I get the following error:

"An unexpected account configuration error occured. Please contact…
Account: my email
Error : -6 "

Try it again. You may need to go to Preferences and do a Deauthorize and Quit.

Rob
