Deauthorization

When I try to activate Corona (after logging in) on my Mac Book Pro, I get the following message:

"You are already using this software on two other computers.  Please deauthorize one of your computers before logging into this computer"

RIght now I have corona installed on a Windows computer and would like to install it on my Mac Book Pro.  I only have one active installation on my Windows computer.  I honestly don’t know what or where my 2nd active corona version is??    I did have Corona installed on another Windows computer but that was only a trial version. I have deleated that.

If you need to reset my activations, can you let me know if I need to uninstall and reinstall again?  Nothing I do seems to work.

THanks, J

I got an answer back from Corona Support and it worked like a champ!  Thanks Corona!

See this link for information about using Regedit: http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/tools_regeditors.mspx?mfr=true

Deleting these files should give you a clean start.
