thank you very much!!!
Hi @michaellawsonalexander,
Your accounts should now be de-authorized. Let me know if you have any further issues and I’ll investigate.
Thanks for your patience,
Brent Sorrentino

tcpman - done
Hello,
Don’t mean to piggy back on a thread but I am having the same issue. Corona tells me to deauthorize a computer but I did a clean install - I submitted a support request but I am hoping I can get this resolved soon as I want to start coding soon. I do not have it installed on any computers yet.
Thank you.

Hi @codingowl,
This should be taken care of now. If you have any further issues, please let me know.
Thanks,
Brent
Thank you Brent for your response - grateful for your time.
Hard drive on my Windows machine stopped working. Got a new one, reinstalled everything.
I installed corona but it says I already use it in 2 other computers (have it on a Mac too).
So I need to deauthorize my PC so I can run Corona on its freshly installed windows/hard drive.
How do I do that?
thanks, Luciane
Hi Luciane,
The accounts have been de-authorized. You should now be able to run Corona on the new machine.
Sincerely,
Brent Sorrentino
Thanks Brent!!
We are in a team of 2, one account uses the Starter version the other uses the Pro.
I understand from this that the Starter version can be installed in no more than 2 computers using the same account.
In how many computers can the Pro version be installed?
Could I deauthorize my Mac for the Free version and install the Pro version from the other account which has the Pro already installed in one other Mac?
Hi Luciane,
All our versions of Corona (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) licenses are for 1 developer and can run on up to 2 machines used by that developer (e.g., desktop and laptop).
In theory, once a company/entity is using one level of license, then all people in that entity need to be at the same license level (e.g., Pro). But it is not something we actively enforce.
David
Oh, I see. Thanks David.
Today I have upgraded to “Pro” and since then I can only use my account one 1 machine… Can you please de-authorize my machines?
Thanks,
Laryllan
Hi Laryllan,
The machine should now be de-authorized. Let me know if not and I’ll investigate further.
Thanks,
Brent
Hi Brent,
I could start my Stable installation now. Thank you.
After that I tried to install the newest daily build. When I run it, it shows the message “Upgrade Today”. And when I click on “Verify Purchase” it tries to connect to the licensing server and quits again with the error “You are already using it on two other computers…” How can I solve this problem? I’m trying to install it on a Mac. Is there any step I need to do for uninstalling before switching to the daily builds?
Thanks,
Laryllan
Hi @Laryllan,
Is this the main (only) account you’re using? I saw a similar account to your name in our system, but I wasn’t sure if it’s you or not. Can you please contact me directly with the accounts (e-mails, names) that you have registered? My address is brent (at) coronalabs (dot) com.
Thanks,
Brent
Sorry I’m going to piggy back on here with a request also. I had to re-install window on my Desktop, but didn’t de-authorise corona first. Can you please de-authorise my installs. Might as well do both, i can just login to my laptop again.
Thanks in advance
Cheers brent, much appreciated
Hi Brent,
I just sent you an e-mail.
Thanks for your help,
Laryllan
