Deauthorize a computer that I can't access?

hello,

I had the same problem, I had problems on my mac and when trying to reinstall corona I get error saying ‘deauthorize the computer…’  but I can not access it

would have to deauthorize my  last installation of corona

help me please!!

I got a new computer, and I installed corona but it says I already use it in 2 other computers (have it on a Mac too).

So I need to deauthorize my PC so I can run Corona.

How do I do that?

I’m in the same boat.   No way to deauthorize systems that have gone offline.  Please de-authorize my old systems.

Hi @IDS07,

This kind of de-authorization (lost/inaccessible computer, crashed drive, etc.) is deeper than the account screen level, so we have to do it internally. Please e-mail the address noted at the top of this thread, if you haven’t already.

Hard drive on my Windows machine stopped working. Got a new one, reinstalled everything.

I installed corona but it says I already use it in 2 other computers (have it on a Mac too).

So I need to deauthorize my PC so I can run Corona on its freshly installed windows/hard drive.

How do I do that?
