Deauthorize a computer that I can't access?

I’m trying to start developing again but it’s telling me I need to deauthorize a computer.  Problem is, one of my two authorized computers is the one I’m on, but I did a clean install a while back so I can’t deauthorize it I believe.  What should I do?

EDIT: From the little bit of information I’ve found it seems like I may need to email corona labs.  I’ll probably do that tomorrow but if a mod capable of deauthorizing for me sees this, please deauthorize both my machines (mac and a PC).

EDIT 2: I deauthorized my Mac so I can work on my PC, but I still need my original PC deauthorized

Please email your request for this to support@coronalabs.com

im having the same problem, sad times :frowning:

I can´t access the computer I used last, so can´t deauthorize. can somebody help me?

You will need to email support@coronalabs.com and ask them to deauthorize you.

Rob

You can always request the de-authorization using this form: http://developer.coronalabs.com/forms/support

Corona is always very quick to do the de-authorizations.

Will there be any notification if the deautorization was done and successfull?

I filled this form two days ago.

How much time does it normally take?

Cheers,

Felix

Felix - we usually get to this pretty quickly and do email you back. In this case I just went ahead and de-auth’d you.

Thank you David!
