Deauthorize Computer Remotely

Hi

Quick question, I left town on a quick business trip and I need to work on a Corona project. The problem is I left my work desktop computer authorized with my pro account password. Now I want to build a project on my laptop and I cant because I forgot to deathorize the other one comptuer.

Is there a way to deauthorize a computer from the website or something so I can build a file on my laptop?

restart corona
re-enter credentials.

if not workee
quit corona
delete prefs. look for com.anscamobile. about three to four files in your user/library/preferences…
relaunch
re enter credentials

if does not really really work
pray and send more money

I need your help tho
for some ?? reason my pc stopped working so i had to format it
after I had my pc formated i install corona once again now
it tells me to unathorize the corona but as far as i can go is to the option where u put the email and pass word now why it does that? i dont get it im new and i didnt know it was going to be like this!i cant get to the simulator at all it wont let me now whats the trick?and do we have to go throught all this if we get problems with this program ??? its mainly a pain for real… can u help me im upset i tryed all and nothing
and its the same computer im using!!!

I crashed a MAC and bought a new one. I can not deauthorize the old one as it do not work at all.

How can I do ?

Hello,

I was trying out Corona SDK sometime ago on my desktop and Macbook. Life got very busy and I had to put Corona to the side. I would like to re-visit it again now but I no longer have the two computers I had installed on so I cannot de-authorize them. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Scott - I just de-authorized the two old machines. You should be able to log in to Corona on your new machine(s) now.

I need to deauthorize my MacBook Pro, but cannot because Corona Simulator crashes when I attempt to login. I haven’t been able to use current versions or older versions on this machine due to this login problem. Would you please deauthorize my MacBook Pro, but leave my iMac authorization active?

If you are interested in investigating the crashing problem, I can send the info provided with the crash.

I just recently had my laptop and desktop replaced without deauth, could I please have both removed ?

You can just select “de-authorization” in the first dropdown.

The best way to do this is to goto:  http://developer.coronalabs.com/forms/support

and choose Deauthorize from the options.  This generally happens within 24 hours of submitting the request.

I however have tried to do this.  Let me know if you can get in now.
