Deauthorize computer

I’m getting the error that two computers are already using this, and that I should deauthorize one of them (which I no longer have of course).   I’ve opened 2 tickets on this in the past 3 weeks and not a thing has been done.  Why do all the links on this topic say open a ticket when that does no good?

How are you opening a ticket? 

I took the link off the forums here  ( I believe it was this link : )   I opened one ticket roughly 3-4 weeks ago and then submitted another ticket around 2 weeks ago). 

Looks like the link doesnt show for my postings -> developer coronalabs  .com … forms …  support

Without the URL I can’t track down the issues.

I’m having the same problem. I’ve only used my Starter account on 1 pc, and I don’t have that pc anymore. I tried using it on my new pc and it says that this account is already authorized on 2 other computers.

Customer support has de-authorized all of your computers, so now you can go and register it on the 2 current systems that you want.
